Amy Boyd is Senior Attorney in Acadia Center’s Boston office. She works on energy efficiency, demand management, local energy resources, grid modernization, and climate change issues, with a particular focus on Massachusetts state policy. Amy holds Acadia Center’s seat on the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council, a stakeholder board that works with utilities to carry out their mandate to purchase all cost-effective energy efficiency. Amy comes to Acadia Center from Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, where she was an associate in the Environmental Practice Group & Administrative Department for 8 years. Amy serves on the Sustainability Committee for her adopted hometown of Natick. Prior to law school, Amy managed political campaigns in Oklahoma and New Jersey. Amy holds a JD cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in Environmental Studies from Wellesley College.
