Hank Webster is Senior Policy Advocate and Rhode Island Director at Acadia Center, based in the Providence office. He works to implement Acadia Center’s initiatives on transportation and clean energy in Rhode Island and regionally, and serves on the ISO-New England Consumer Liaison Group, Rhode Island’s Power Sector Transformation Advisory Group, as well as the Energy Efficiency and System Reliability Procurement Technical Working Groups. Hank comes to Acadia Center from a law firm he founded in 2015. Previously, he was Executive Director of the Metropolitan Washington Road & Transportation Builders Association, in addition to directing the Public-Private Partnerships Division of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association. He has maintained a strong focus on communication and relationship-building between the private and public sectors throughout his career and is a member of Leadership Rhode Island, Rhode Island Bar Association, and the West Greenwich Land Trust.  Hank holds dual BAs in Political Science and Public Communication from American University and a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law.
