Acadia Center Drafts and Files Joint Comments with ME PUC re Community Choice Aggregation (2026-00210)

Acadia Center filed Joint Comments with the Maine PUC that it drafted and submitted together with CLF, Maine Climate Action NOW, Maine Conservation Voters, Maine Youth for Climate Action, and the Natural Resources Council of Maine. The Comments contains recommendations for a rulemaking that MPUC must complete by the end of the year regarding the implementation of Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) per 35-A M.R.S. § 3219.
