Comments re ISO-NE Interim Asset Condition Project Reviewer Report

ISO New England is creating an "Asset Condition Reviewer" (ACR) to evaluate asset condition projects to confirm their need, assure their cost effectiveness, and endorse their scope. The ISO invited comments on an Interim ACR Report that was intended to encourage additional stakeholder feedback. Acadia Center filed comments on the Interim ACR report.
