Response Brief Filed in FERC Docket ER26-2389 re NE Transmission Owners Request for 11.39% ROE

Acadia Center filed the attached Response Brief on the NE Transmission owner's (NETOs) FERC ROE docket. On June 29, 2026 FERC issued an Order specifying a paper hearing process for this proceeding. In its June 29 Order, FERC also stayed application of the NETO's proposed 11.39% ROE until November 30, so the expectation is that FERC will issue its concluding opinion by that date.
