DPU 20-150 Energy Efficiency Guidelines: Joint Sign-on Comments

Acadia Center and a coalition of environmental and consumer groups filed comments in Massachusetts Docket 20-150, arguing that the Department of Public Utilities should make changes to its proposed guidelines that would enable achievement of the goals that the Clean Energy and Climate Plan sets for the energy efficiency programs. As written, some of the Department’s proposed edits to the guidelines governing the energy efficiency process would make electrification, weatherization, and serving underserved and overburdened communities more difficult or costly to ratepayers.
