MOPR Press Statement: April 14, 2022, Press Conference

Acadia Center and its partners filed a challenge at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The challenge protests ISO-New England’s proposal to keep in place for three more years a regional rule called the Minimum Offer Price Rule (MOPR) that holds back clean energy like offshore wind and subsidizes polluting fossil fuel generators.
