Acadia Center Provides Testimony in Opposition to Maine L.D. 442

Acadia Center opposes the bill that would place a year long moratorium on all renewable energy project permitting in Maine for at least a year, while a special "Commission" is appointed. If enacted, this bill could derail future and arguably even pending renewable energy projects in Maine.
