Acadia Center Submits Comments on RI Drafted Scope of Work for the State Energy Efficiency Administrator RFP

Acadia Center provided comments to Rhode Island’s Office of Energy Resources on the Drafted Scope of Work for the State Energy Efficiency Administrator RFP. While we agree that moving program administration towards a different, competitive process is timely, such a transition must be undertaken with the utmost caution in order to avoid major disruptions to the energy efficiency programs.
