23-35-EE Stakeholder Comments on 2024-2026 Energy Efficiency Plans

Acadia Center submitted stakeholder comments to the Public Utilities Commission on Rhode Island Energy’s 2024-2026 Energy Efficiency Plans, in partnership with Green Energy Consumers Alliance and Conservation Law Foundation. In these written comments, as well as in verbal comments at the start of hearings, we urge Commissioners to (1) Increase Energy Savings Goals and Program Budgets, (2) Require Measurable Equity Commitments, and (3) Advance Heating Electrification.
