Acadia Center Joins NGOs in Submitting Comments on PURA’s Straw Proposal for Utility Performance Incentive Mechanisms

Acadia Center joins Vote Solar, Conservation Law Foundation, Save the Sound, and Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven in submitting comments on the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority's straw proposal in the Performance-Based Regulation proceeding (Docket 21-05-15RE02). PURA's straw proposal includes a broad set of potential performance metrics, scorecards, and incentive mechanisms to help deliver improved outcomes across a range of policy priorities.
