Acadia Center Submits Comments on RI’s 2025 EC4 Budget

Acadia Center urges the EC4 to tackle economy-wide Act on Climate targets and to place agency requests into the context of the state’s lead by example targets. Transparency is needed on the implementation and impact of both current and past EC4 spending.
