Domingo Cortinez is a rising second-year student at Yale Law School, Roger Koontz’s alma mater, where he is involved with the Community and Economic Development Clinic, the Yale Environmental Law Students Association, and serves on the executive board of La Sociedad of Latine Law Students. At Acadia Center, Domingo is researching the legal and regulatory landscape around establishing regional transmission monitors that can facilititate efficient clean energy coordination across and between state lines. He holds a M.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Public Policy and in Environmental and Urban Studies from the University of Chicago.
