Jill Peterson is Creative Director at Acadia Center. She is responsible for our graphic design, photography and branding for the organization’s print and digital communications.

In addition to working closely with Acadia Center, Jill is the owner and Creative Director of Visual Aid Society, a design studio that serves social impact organizations and others who challenge the status quo. Jill received her bachelor’s degree in photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and her master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs + Tory Burch 10K Small Businesses program, and has taught graphic design, usability and photography at the City University of New York. She has been a visiting lecturer and critic at American University, Syracuse University, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Arizona State University.
