Joe LaRusso is a Senior Advocate and Manager of the Clean Grid Program at Acadia Center and is based in the Boston office. Joe is responsible for advancing policies to refine the design and administration of markets, support infrastructure planning, and broaden the governance of the regional electrical grid so that it is responsive to consumer equity, environmental justice, and climate and clean energy goals. In that capacity, Joe represents Acadia Center at selected grid forums, including NEPOOL, ISO New England, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Prior to joining the Acadia Center, Joe was the Energy Efficiency and Distributed Resources Finance Manager for the City of Boston. Joe holds a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and an MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
