Oliver Tully is Director, Utility Innovation and Reform at Acadia Center. He works on issues including utility innovation, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and climate policy in the Northeast. Prior to Acadia Center, Oliver worked as a senior program associate at the Energy Foundation, where he focused on advancing policies in support of energy efficiency and utility business model reforms. As a graduate student, he worked on projects related to municipal green bonds, wholesale market reforms, and energy storage policy. He also interned at the Rocky Mountain Institute, conducting research on utility performance incentive mechanisms.
Oliver holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and a bachelor’s degree in history from U.C. Berkeley.
