Oliver Tully is Director, Utility Innovation at Acadia Center. He oversees regulatory and legislative advocacy efforts on issues related to utility business model reform and grid modernization throughout the Northeast.

Prior to Acadia Center, Oliver worked as a senior program associate at the Energy Foundation, where he focused on advancing policies in support of energy efficiency and utility reform. He was a 2018 fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and worked as a graduate student intern at RMI. Oliver holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and a bachelor’s degree in history from U.C. Berkeley.
