Acadia Center Comments on 2025 Annual Energy Efficiency Plan Second Draft

Following initial comments on the draft narrative, Acadia Center highlights the need for Rhode Island Energy’s 2025 Annual Energy Efficiency Plan to: 1) Increase spending and savings targets, 2) Focus on lower quality housing and health impacts, and 3) Align efficiency programs with the Act on Climate.
