Acadia Center Comments on Second Draft of RI 2026 Annual Energy Efficiency Plan

Acadia Center collaborated with Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) to submit joint comments on the second draft of the 2026 Annual Energy Efficiency Plan. These were built on the organization's first draft comments and Energy Efficiency Action Alert.
