Acadia Center Continues Advocacy for Building Decarbonization at the RI State House

Testimony in support of the Governor's budget proposal (February 25 and March 6) and the Building Decarbonization Act (March 12 and April 9) to advance benchmarking and building performance standards for large public and private buildings. In the 2025 legislative session, the provision of all-electric new construction was introduced separately as House Bill 5450 (March 20).
