Acadia Center Joint FERC Comments RE ISO-NE Transmission Tariff Revisions
Acadia Center, together with the Conservation Law Foundation, Earthjustice, Natural Resources Defense Council, Sustainable FERC Project, Sierra Club, and Union of Concerned Scientists submitted comments in support of the filing made by ISO New England, Inc. (“ISO-NE”), joined by the NEPOOL Participants Committee, and the Participating Transmission Owners Administrative Committee on behalf of the Participating Transmission Owners to revise Attachment K of the Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. § 824d. While the Joint Comments supported the proposed revisions to Attachment K of the OATT, they identified further OATT Attachment K revisions that would be required to make ISO-NE Compliant with FERC Order 1920, which was released after ISO-NE filed its proposed revisions to OATT Attachment K.
