Acadia Center Reply Comments to NY DPS on Large Scale Renewables

Acadia Center reply comments in response to initial comments from New York State's Public Service Commission on the the matter of the implementation of a large-scale renewable program. Acadia Center supports a number of ideas expressed in the initial party comments and provide our own perspective on why private development of LSRs is most consistent with the state’s clean energy objectives.
