Acadia Center Submits Comments in Response to Maine PUC Notice of Inquiry on Time of Use Rates (Docket No. 2023-00019).

Acadia Center strongly recommends the use of time of use rates to support the clean energy transition. Acadia Center's comments urge the Maine Public Utilities Commission to consider implementing time of use rates given their many potential benefits for customers and energy system.
