Acadia Center Submits Comments on PURA’s Straw Stakeholder Compensation Program

Acadia Center submitted comments on PURA’s implementation of the stakeholder group compensation provisions of Section 15 of Public Act 23-102. The Stakeholder Compensation Program is a great step towards increasing accessibility and procedural equity for non-profit organizations representing environmental justice communities, hardship customers, and small and minority-owned businesses in PURA proceedings.
