Acadia Center Submits Reply Comments with CLF on ESMP Phase II investigation

In collaboration with CLF, Acadia Center has submitted reply comments in the ESMP Phase II docket regarding the DPU's request for comments on a future proceeding investigating affordable rate recovery mechanisms. Acadia Center and CLF express support for DOER's position in its initial comments that the DPU wait to open its proposed investigation until DOER finishes its Rates Task Force and issues its resulting Motion requesting an investigation into various affordable and performance-based ratemaking mechanisms. Acadia Center believes that a holistic assessment of DOER's Motion concurrently with the comments the DPU has received in the ESMP Phase II docket will ease administrative burden and create a venue for a wholesale evaluation of the DPU's rate recovery framework with performance and affordability in mind.
