Acadia Center Submits Written Comments in Response to Release of New Hampshire Comprehensive Climate Action Plan Draft Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures

Acadia Center recently submitted comments in response to the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) release of the New Hampshire Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) Draft Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures. The reduction measures outline a number of potential actions New Hampshire could undertake to help reduce GHG emissions in the coming years. Acadia Center's comments focused on a number of areas including putting New Hampshire's estimated GHG reductions in context with other New England states and specific concerns related to proposed measures in the transportation, building and electricity generation sectors.
