Acadia Center’s Comments on Connecticut’s Environmental Justice Screening Tool

Acadia Center submitted comments on Connecticut’s Environmental Justice Screening tool in fulfillment of the state’s Governor’s Council on Climate Change (GC3) recommendation. We recognize the robust variables that are a part of the screening tool and additionally recommend that the final iteration includes more specificity on demographic and socioeconomic features to close the gap of specificity in the screening tool design.
