Comments on CT DEEP’s Proposed Energy Resource Procurement

Acadia Center’s recommendations for how CT DEEP can evaluate and select from energy sources – both demand and supply-side – that will likely be bid into its upcoming winter peak reliability procurement under Public Act 15-107. Includes original analysis and visualizations of energy efficiency issues, improved energy and peak demand forecasting, and greenhouse gas emissions impacts.
