Joint Stakeholder Clean Heat Standard Comments

Acadia Center and a coalition of over 35 organizations produced a wide-ranging 22-page document responding to  prompts from the Department of Environmental Protection and outlining our vision for a successful Clean Heat Standard for Massachusetts. The top priorities outlined were a Clean Heat Standard that ensures adequate equity protections and an electrification-only compliance program, particularly for gas utilities.
