Testimony from Acadia Center Delivered to Rhode Island’s Senate Environment and Agriculture Committee on Building Decarbonization and Grid Modernization
Acadia Center's Emily Koo and Oliver Tully submitted written testimony in strong support of the proposed bills to enact laws pertaining to benchmarking of large buildings, electric-ready and all-electric requirements for new construction, establishing a Clean Heat Standard (CHS), and adopting new integrated distribution system planning requirements for Rhode Island utilities.
