Testimony in Support of Energy Storage (S. 1762, S. 1700 & H. 2852)

Acadia Center submitted testimony to the Massachusetts Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Committee on June 2nd supporting the development of energy storage. The testimony focused on the benefits of energy storage, precedents from other jurisdictions, and its relation to other policies.
